How long are you going to keep my pots for?
We will keep your post for 3 months after the notification email saying they are ready. Unfortunately due to limited space in the studio, we are not able to store them for longer than 3 months. If the pots are not collected within this time we will sadly have to dispose of them.
What if I can’t come back to collect my pots?
If you’re not able to come and collect your pots, we can carefully package them and send them to you. There will be additional charge of £15 for packing and shipping. The charge is per one box going to 1 address. If you have more than 2-3 pots please check with us if they’ll fit in one box. If you have pots going to different addresses, please pay for them separately.
